Sewing
ITC TEXTIL specializes in professional sewing for many industries throughout Europe.
Our experienced staff of more than 50 seamstresses and extensive machine park guarantee precise and reliable execution of each project.
We work on single and double needle lockstitch machines.
Quality control takes place before sewing during sorting and after finishing the final piece.
CNC cutting
ITC TEXTIL has a very modern and fast CNC BULLMER COMPACT E2000 textile cutting line.
The line is characterized by very precise unfolding with a wide range of heavy and bulky fabrics. A special automatic lagging machine can handle rolls up to 120 cm in diameter.
We are able to unfold as many as 14 layers per cutting.
All cut pieces are thoroughly processed, sorted and transported for finalization in a separate Sewing Department.
